Katherine
Hi everyone, some photos of Katherine. Today we went out to the Edith Falls (Leliyn), beautiful scenery. Below is The Katherine Icon-it was the project of NT Cattleman's Association the celebrate the Year of the Outback ( 2002). The role model is Sabu Peter Sing, (1940-1993) member of the Wardaman tribe, & a skilled bushman, horseman & stockman. The statue is one & a half times life size bronze.
