Emerald

We spent 3 nights in Emerald, directly west of Rockhampton.  We stayed at a great caravan park a few kms out of town on the edge of the lake and Fairbuirn dam. Below is the Big Easel in town,the largest painting in the southern hemispshere, consisting of 4 7x10 metre panels glued together. It stands 25 metres high.
